NDA Falls Short Of 2/3rd Majority Mark | Why The 360-Seat Mark Is Significant

The latest parliamentary arithmetic shows the NDA maintaining a clear advantage over the INDIA Bloc, but still falling short of the crucial two-thirds majority mark. With the NDA at 293 seats and the INDIA Bloc at 234, alongside 13 seats held by others, the ruling alliance remains 67 seats away from the 360-seat threshold required for a two-thirds majority in the Lok Sabha. The numbers highlight the NDA's dominant position while underscoring the challenge of achieving a constitutional supermajority.
