National Emblem Desecration: Headache For Gathbandhan
Its been 3 days since the plaque bearing the national emblem at the Hazratbal; shrine in Srinagar was vandalised and now the politics over it is spreading across the country. After Kashmir based parties like the NC and PDP defended the vandalism, now even the congress has joined in with a shocking defence. Sources have told NDTV that the J&K police is set to arrest the people behind the desecration. After they have been identified from video and CCTV footage, close to 50 people have already been questioned in this connection. But with the arrests imminent, Congress MP Tariq Anwar jumped in saying that such action is unnecessary. what has happened, has happened: jo kar diya wo kar diya.
