Nagpur Hit-And-Run: Speeding Car Runs Over 5-Year-Old Girl, Driver Surrenders
A five-year-old girl was killed after a speeding car allegedly hit her while she was walking with a neighbour in Nagpur’s Manewada on Thursday night. Kisha Gurnule was critically injured in the crash and was later declared dead at a hospital. The incident took place near Badrinath Society in Mahakali Nagar. Police have registered a case against the car driver based on the child’s father’s complaint under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Motor Vehicles Act.
