Nagaland Cop Caught Stealing Weapons, Planned To Sell Them In Manipur

Six people, including an inspector of Nagaland police, an armed group leader and four other civilians, have been arrested for the theft of ammunition from the armoury of Nagaland police. During the initial investigation, cops found that the stolen ammunition were meant to be smuggled and sold to people in neighbouring Manipur where violent ethnic tension continues for over two months and illegal arms and ammunition are being rampantly used.
