Muslim Scholars React To 'No Entry' Order For Non-Hindus At Gangotri Dham
On the Gangotri Dham row, the National President of the All India Muslim Jamaat, Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi, said, "A strange spectacle has been created in India by a few people with communal mindsets. Whenever a Hindu festival or fair begins, a signboard is put up in advance stating that Muslims are not allowed. Recently, the committee at Gangotri Dham announced that Muslims would not be permitted. Plans are now underway to implement similar measures at Kedarnath and Badrinath. Such actions and sentiments promote extremist thinking and embolden those who seek to weaken the nation, undermine Hindu-Muslim brotherhood, and sow division in society. These individuals are enemies of society."
