Mumbai: Clinics create parents, but also problems, for foreigners

Foreigners sign up for surrogate babies but are often unable to take their children home because of laws in their countries. Now, European countries have sent letters to Mumbai's IVF clinics, asking them to ensure prospective parents have written clearances.
