Mumbai circle unhappy over FM's tax targets
Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has raised the direct tax collections target for this fiscal year but the Mumbai Circle, which contributes one third of all India collections, has told the Central Board of Direct Taxes that tinkering with the collection target for Mumbai Zone is untenable.
