Moin's tragedy: Minister agrees to act

Why is there such apathy when it comes to the repeated stories of horror and tragedy of child labour from across the country? That was the question that an NGO founder asked Women and Child Development Minister, Krishna Tirath, during a debate on NDTV. Faced with pressure, the minister agreed to visit a place where child labour is being employed.
