Maoists blame govt for Kandhmal riots

The Maoists in Orissa have blamed the state administration for the riots in Kandhmal. They have said that the government deliberately suppressed two letters they had left behind after killing Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader (VHP) Swami Laxmananand.
