Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla called on citizens to embrace unity and participate in the 12th Sangai Festival, highlighting its role in celebrating the state’s culture, creativity and tourism potential. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony in Hapta Kangjeibung, Bhalla said the festival brings together communities from both hills and valley, promoting social harmony, livelihood opportunities and pride in traditional arts, crafts, music and sports.
