Man Stabs, Strangles 18-Year-Old Friend, Tries To Burn Body In Delhi
A student from Delhi University has been arrested for allegedly stabbing and strangling a woman before attempting to burn her body at Sanjay Van (forest) in south Delhi's Mehrauli. There are allegations that the man, Arshkrit Singh, had been stalking the victim, Mahek Jain, for months.
