Retired ATS Inspector Mehboob (Mehiboob) Mujawar, who was part of the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad probing the September 29, 2008 Malegaon bombing, has claimed he was directed by senior officer Paramveer Singh to arrest RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat as part of building a "saffron terror" narrative. Mujawar says he refused to follow the orders.
