Madras High Court: No Restriction On Singing Tamil State Anthem Before National Anthem
The Madras High Court has observed that there is no bar on singing the Tamil Nadu state anthem before the national anthem during public functions. The observation came while hearing a petition challenging a Union Home Ministry circular dealing with protocol relating to the national song and the national anthem.
