Amid fresh air strikes on the city of Belogrod by Ukraine, the Russian presidential elections entered the last day of polling. Voters, especially those living in Russia-occupied Ukraine and on the border regions are hoping for more stability and the reconstruction of their cities in the future. With no serious contender for the post of President except Putin, he is expected to sweep the polls yet again to secure his fifth term as President of Russia. NDTV's Umashankar reports from Moscow.
