London Anti Immigration Protest | Anti-racism Marchers On Why They Rally Against Mass Demonstration

Counter-protesters who rallied against a massive London demonstration organized by far-right activist Tommy Robinson described their reasons for showing up on Saturday. About 5,000 marchers took part in the “March Against Fascism” protest organized by Stand Up To Racism, whereas the police estimated the "Unite the Kingdom march attracted about 110,000 people. One of the counter-protesters said that despite the much smaller size of the anti-racism rally, it was "really important" to safeguard the right to protest. Another one said it was important to take a stand against "this awful rise of the right-wing, and fascism generally".
