In Gujarat, AAP-Congress Seat-Sharing Deal Faces Hiccup
There is a hiccup in the AAP-Congress seat-sharing deal in Gujarat. According to reports, Congress has offered the Bharuch seat to AAP. Bharuch is traditionally the late Congress leader Ahmed Patel's bastion. Ahmed Patel's daughter, Mumtaz, had sought to contest the seat. Now, her brother, Faisal Patel, has said that he won't support the alliance in Gujarat and mentioned that it will be much easier for Congress to win the seat.
