State Chief Ministers must go to the Supreme Court again to request that the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) and the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for engineering and medical courses be deferred amid the coronavirus crisis, Mamata Banerjee said today. The Bengal Chief Minister was speaking at a meeting of Chief Ministers she called along with Congress president Sonia Gandhi to evolve a united opposition response. Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and four Congress Chief Ministers are attending the virtual meet.
