Lebanon Slams Killing Of Journalists In Israeli Strike, Protests Erupt | NDTV Ground Report

Lebanon has strongly condemned the killing of three journalists in an Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon’s Jezzine, calling it a “flagrant violation of international law.” The victims include Al Mayadeen’s Fatima Ftouni, her brother Mohammed, and Al Manar’s Ali Shaib. Reports suggest multiple projectiles struck their press-marked vehicle. A health worker was also killed in the attack. The Israeli Defence Forces justified the strike, alleging that Shaib was linked to Hezbollah, a claim made without public evidence. Meanwhile, protests have erupted in Baalbek, with people expressing solidarity with the slain journalists. NDTV's Nazir Masoodi brings you the details from the ground.
