Lawyers Support Woman Who Held 'Free Kashmir' Poster

Nalini, the woman who held up a 'Free Kashmir' placard during a protest to condemn an attack on JNU students at Mysuru University is now getting support from lawyers in Bengaluru. Nalini who is facing sedition charges has released a press release and video statement to the media apologising to the police and public for the confusions created by the poster. The Mysuru Bar Association had passed a resolution to not represent Nalini. Now, lawyers from Bengaluru and elsewhere have said they are willing to represent Nalini.
