Major VS Dhoundiyal Posthumously Awarded Shaurya Chakra
At the Defence Investiture Ceremony today, Major Vibhuti Shankar Dhoundiyal was awarded the Shaurya Chakra posthumously for his role in an operation where five terrorists were eliminated and 200 kg explosive material was recovered.
