A young woman whose angry confrontation with security personnel in Ladakh went viral has spoken exclusively to NDTV, explaining what happened before the video was recorded and apologising for her remarks. She says the group had been waiting for several hours because of a security-related road closure and that she lost her temper amid the confusion and frustration. She acknowledged that her words were wrong, said she had apologised at the spot, and offered a fresh apology to the Indian Army, J&K and Ladakh police and the public.
