Kerala Rescuers Struggle In 20-Foot Piles Of Rubble, Rain After Landslides
At a landslide site 18 km from Munnar in Kerala, around 300 rescue personnel are searching for survivors in up to 20 feet of rubble, boulders and mud in heavy rain. Tea plantation workers have been severely hit, as 30 rooms where around 80 people lived, were destroyed in minutes on Thursday night by a landslide.
