Kerala High Court Orders SIT Probe into Sabarimala Milma Ghee Row
The Kerala High Court has approved the constitution of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe alleged irregularities in the procurement and supply of Milma ghee for the Sabarimala temple.
The court has directed the SIT to submit a preliminary report within one month. The investigation will examine allegations that large quantities of Milma ghee procured for use at the shrine did not fully reach Sabarimala and that there were irregularities in the procurement process, execution of contracts and handling of consignments.
