Kerala Floods: 21 Dead, Armed Forces On Guard
At least 21 people have died in Kerala as heavy rain triggered landslides in the state's Idukki and Kottayam districts. The intensity of rain in most parts of the state has reduced, and there has been no new instances of flooding yet. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Sunday evening assuring him of all help possible.
