Amid an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian, the security forces had the 4-year-old child of a terrorist appeal to his father to surrender. However, despite the heart-wrenching appeal, he didn't come out and was killed in the gunfight. The Army says the man wanted to surrender but the others stopped him.
