A viral video from the Mysuru Dasara celebrations shows three Karnataka ministers being stopped at the venue entrance even as Chief Minister DK Shivakumar proceeded inside. The ministers were seen in a tense exchange with a police officer before the issue was resolved and they were allowed entry.
