Karnataka Man Illegally Detained, Chained Over Rs 20,000 Loan
In a shocking incident, a man was illegally detained and chained to an iron pole by two individuals over a Rs 20,000 loan in Karnataka. The accused allegedly picked up the man, identified as Bhashasab Mulla, on a bike and brought him to the village on July 18. They chained his leg in front of a local shop and held him there from morning till 4 pm, and abused him.
