K Kavitha Resigns From Father's Party BRS, Day After Suspension
Telangana lawmaker K Kavitha - suspended yesterday from the Bharat Rashtra Samithi by her father and party boss K Chandrashekar Rao - quit the party Wednesday afternoon. "I am resigning from the BRS and submitting my resignation (from the state Legislative Council) ..." she told reporters in Hyderabad, declaring, "I have no greed for posts."
