JDS Leader Manju Arrested For Allegedly Assaulting Traffic Cop In Bengaluru

A JDS state general secretary has been arrested in Bengaluru after allegedly assaulting a traffic police personnel while the officer was on duty. According to the allegations, the officer stopped the leader’s vehicle while managing traffic, following which the leader allegedly grabbed him by the collar and attempted to kick him. Members of the public reportedly intervened to stop the altercation. The incident, captured on video and circulated on social media, has sparked criticism over alleged VIP high-handedness and treatment of police personnel.
