Restoring statehood is a challenge, the upcoming budget session is a challenge, and the success of the tourism season is a challenge... They have destroyed Ladakh by carving it out as a separate UT. Now if they want to destroy Jammu in the same way, they can create a separate state of Jammu. They couldn't handle Ladakh. They are considering giving statehood to Jammu because their administration has failed... Do they want to create Jammu as a state on the basis of religion?..."
