Iran On Strait Of Hormuz | Iran FM: "Strait Of Hormuz Suffering First And Most From US blockade"
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi criticized the U.S. in a televised interview on Thursday, blaming tensions in the Strait of Hormuz on "U.S. aggression". Araghchi said that the strait is "open for all commercial vessels", stressing that the lack of maritime traffic through the vital waterway was due to "this illegal blockade imposed by Americans." He added, however, that ships must "cooperate" with the Iranian navy. Iran has seized a number of ships since the war began.
