Iran said Monday it will continue missile strikes against Israel as long as its "aggression" continues. Spokesman for the foreign ministry, Esmail Baghaei, said any mediators aiming to help stop the ongoing conflict must first compel Israel to stop its attacks. "As long as this aggression continues, we will, without a doubt, defend our people, our dignity, and our honor with all our strength," he added. Israel deployed a blistering attack with warplanes and drones against Iran’s nuclear and military structure last Friday, sparking an open conflict between the two long-time foes that threatens to spiral into a wider, more dangerous regional war.
