INS Mahe Commissioned: Big Boost to India's Indigenous Shipbuilding
The Indian Navy has commissioned INS Mahe, the first vessel of the Mahe-class anti-submarine warfare shallow-water craft, at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai-marking a major milestone in India's indigenous shipbuilding journey. With 80% indigenous components, INS Mahe significantly enhances the Navy's operational capability in detecting and neutralising underwater threats.
