This sentiment actually is reflecting the ground reality. A price check of certain commodities across three cities shows that while prices have come down, it is not too drastic, leaving the consumers to ask for more. However, many like 60-year-old Mangala Gupte from Mumbai are optimistic that the prices will come down considering that some downward trend is already visible in the retail markets.
