The Indian Army is strengthening its defenses against terrorist attacks targeting military vehicles, particularly in the Jammu region, including Poonch, Rajouri, and Kathua. In response to recent incidents, the Army has introduced bulletproof and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) to enhance troop safety and mobility. These vehicles are designed to withstand gunfire and operate efficiently in challenging landscapes, especially in areas near the Line of Control (LoC). Additionally, soldiers are undergoing specialized training to counter ambushes, ensuring a swift and effective response during such assaults. This upgrade in equipment and strategy aims to minimize casualties, improve operational readiness, and maintain a tactical advantage in high-risk zones.
