Congress's DK Shivakumar India's Richest MLA: Report
Karnataka's Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar is India's richest legislator with assets declared at Rs 1,413 crore. Karnataka, in fact, has the most number of MLAs - 12 - who feature in the list of the country's top 20 richest MLAs, according to a report released by the Association of Democratic Reforms and National Election Watch.
