India's First Zanskari Horse Foal Birthed Through Embryo Transfer
The National Research Centre on Equines in Rajasthan's Bikaner produced the country's first Zanskari breed horse foal using embryo transfer technology. The female horse foal was produced after using artificial insemination from a Zanskari stallion and extracting the embryo after six and a half days of ovulation in a mare.
