India-Pakistan Talks: Bangkok Breakthrough

On the Buck Stops Here, India and Pakistan's National Security Advisors' held a secret meeting in Bangkok. This meeting was agreed on by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif, when they met in Paris last week. After the NSA-level talks, Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj is all set to travel to Pakistan for the Heart of Asia conference on Afghanistan. So, are India-Pak talks being taken one step at a time or is it one step forward, one step back?
