On today's episode of India Global, India and Japan's Foreign and Defence Ministers engaged in a 2+2 dialogue centred on the Indo-Pacific region. This meeting was the third of its kind since its inception in 2019 after China's aggression grew both on land and at sea. The Japanese delegation in Delhi was led by Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa and Defence Minister Kihara Minoru, while India was represented by Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. The discussions covered regional and global issues of mutual concern, with an emphasis on maintaining an open Indo-Pacific region. NDTV's Gaurie Dwivedi explores these developments with ORF's Dr. Premesha Saha and Asia Group Partner Ashok Malik.
