Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, in an exclusive interview with NDTV, said India's strategic ties with Russia offer a unique opportunity for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to exert diplomatic pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin to cease hostilities in Ukraine. "We believe India can use its relations with Russia to make it stop this atrocious and absurd war. Secondly, India can play a very important role in bringing together more nations from the Global South," Mr Kuleba said.
