On a day the Tamil Nadu Assembly adopted a resolution urging the Union government to direct Karnataka to release Cauvery water as per the final judgement of the Supreme Court, PMK chief Dr Anbumani Ramadoss mooted the idea of an independent body taking control of the dams in both states and implementing the top court's order similar to the Bhakra Beas Management Board. NDTV's Sam Daniel spoke to PMK chief Dr Anbumani Ramadoss.
