Independence Day Speech | PM Modi Says India Will Not Bow To Nuclear Blackmail Prime Minister Narendra Modi has delivered a clear message to Pakistan following a nuclear threat from the neighbouring country over India's decision to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty.
