As Kashmiri Pandits mark 25 years of exile today, 'The Buck Stops Here' brings you stirring and chilling accounts of two Kashmiri Pandits - actor Anupam Kher and journalist Smriti Kak Ramachandran - who talk of their pain, their loss and their search for home. Mr Kher calls Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh "anti-national", for linking Jagmohan to the Pandit exodus from Kashmir.
