Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor today collected the form to run for the post of party president, making him the first leader to officially enter the contest. The Congress MP's representative collected nomination papers from Madhusudan Mistry - the party's Central Election Authority chairman, news agency ANI reported, adding Mr Tharoor has requested five sets of nomination papers for the election.
