IL&FS to be new promoters of Maytas Infra
Hyderabad-based Maytas Infrastructure on Monday officially got a new promoter in IL&FS. According to the order of the Company Law Board, IL&FS has been granted management control of the scam-hit Maytas Infrastructure.
