IIPM confirms terrorist Zeeshan as student
Zeeshan is accused of planting bomb at Barakhamba Road in Delhi where seven people were killed. Meanwhile, authorities at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) have confirmed that Zeeshan had passed out with the last batch.
