"The way to end this war, President Joe Biden thinks, is that Ukraine needs to be supported and Russia needs to be reprimanded with full force. If Ukraine stops this war now, it will be finished. If Russia ends this war, then the conflict will end," Zed Tarar, Diplomat (Foreign Service Officer), US Department of State, said when asked whether the G20 countries will find common ground at the foreign ministers' meet in Delhi.
