I am vindicated, says former coal secretary PC Parakh

Mr Parakh reacts to the Supreme Court verdict cancelling all captive coal block allotments since 1993, saying he was vindicated. As Coal Secretary in UPA-I , Mr Parakh had warned that the manner of allotment would lead to corruption. He told NDTV that in the CBI's probe into the coal scam, the policymakers have managed to get away.
