Baby trafficking in the name of IVF and surrogacy. That is the shocking finding of the Hyderabad police that was probing a private fertility centre in Secunderabad, that was offering IVF and surrogacy services for the last 15 years, but NEVER undertook any of these procedures but was simply buying and selling babies.
