"She video-called me. She told the family: 'I'm sorry if I've ever made mistakes.' During the fire she couldn't do anything - she just surrendered to the situation," Suyitno recounted. "While the fire was still ongoing, she only had a mask and a wet tissue. The water had already stopped flowing because of the fire," he added. Footage shows Suyitno sitting at his home in Malang Regency, looking back at photos of his wife and their family.
